2nd vote for Hadlow, they were very helpful with advice when we re-did all our 10 portlights.
On another note for anyone attempting to reseal their own portlights, ARBOMAST AUTOGRADE has been discontinued.

Refurbished 13 alloy framed windows some years ago, and to date, more that 10 years, not a drop of water has passed. Excellent service. The refurbishment was better than new, using an improved method to seal the glass in the frame, and frame to GRP.
