@De.windhoos can you get the screw cover off without damaging it? If so how?

i have changed a few. Looking at sourcing replacements as I am sure these are a standard size.

I measured mine at 1.5mm dia. 12mm ID. 15mm OD and I assume are standard 70 shore Nitrile ones. I can get bags of 50 for about £5 (ex shipping) which should do for a while as I have about 18!

No I couldn’t. I drilled a tiny hole and used a screw to get it of. I then used some hot glue and a black marker to hide the holes.

Now. I am sure you are all awaiting with batted breath to how yesterdays three windows got on?

One had a bad leak, even though it is partially covered by cover. Two others only leaked when fully exposed.

Well. They all appear dry!!!!! I can also get giddy on the solvent vapours.

Really please!!!

I replaced mine with O-rings 12mm ID X 2mm cross section Nitrile and lubricated with Vaseline. Do not leak and realised that was not where the water was coming from, as per my earlier posts.
