I get that you probably don't like it being pointed out that you've inadvertently posted a link to a scam but you did and that's a fact

Hardly!

If I was I wouldn't be pointing out repeatedly that changing your name is a process that does NOT need the services of legal experts, let alone commercial organisations with misleading names ("Deed Poll Office" ... sounds nicely official unless you bother to dig a bit, actually quite a lot, deeper into their website) and quoting ancient English law in Latin, for heavens sake, none of which has any relevance today whatsoever (because it has all been repealed and or superceded many times over)
