Can anyone help with suppliers of lead shot for ballast.....in Scotland!

I know that they are not in Scotland but Calder Industrial Metals at Chester are the biggest supplier of lead and lead products in Britain. Look at http://www.leadtechnologies.co.uk/lead_shot.htm
Lead shot is convenient but expensive and the density is only about half that of solid lead. Why not use the cast pigs that lead is first cast into. Much cheaper and denser!
