This is a very long shot but thought it worth a try, have posted on a dinghy forum i found but it does not seem to get much traffic
I have bought a Laser Bug to help my son learn to sail and also it will serve as a sometime tender to get out to the boat when appropriate
It looks like a great wee boat, it stores its oars in holes in the floor of the boat so that you can keep them on board when sailing, Only problem is that the laser oars are £95 but the 2 piece Plastimo oars on Amazon are closer to £20 - would like to save the money if i can but can find no measurements anywhere so i do not know if the Plastimo ones can be stored on board.
Is there anyone out there with a Laser Bug that has had this problem before?
