You could also try calling Kingsferry Bridge on CHL 10. You should be able to reach them from Conyer

A friend was assisting to move a boat from Conyer to the Medway in the last week or two and was refused a bridge lift and was told the bridge is only lifting once a day. It was mentioned at our club's AGM on Friday. I forgot to follow up afterwards to get any more details. It is obviously essential that anyone planning to pass through the bridge contacts the bridge or Medway VTS before setting off.

We asked about this and the MSBA got involved, and this is what they discovered - Kingsferry Bridge: more problems

Went across last night couple of coasters were passing in opposite directions just east of the bridge.
