2) report him to the FAC TPY GYT FBI CI5 Mi^ for something or another
3) make his life as intresting as hell by ......

I have a sneaking feeling he earns money by the number of hits on his site, don't reply to him, press the 'notify moderator' button on each post. I've already done it.

at the bottom of posts is a little label that says 'post extras' - next to it are four icons. Run your mouse over them - one says, notify moderator
