Kendalls is a commercial wharf regularly used by dredgers. Yacht moorings nearby are under the jurisdiction of the Langstone HM, some controlled by local clubs.
Contact Tudor SC for more info e.g. moorings (drying) N of Kendalls, Locks S.C further S and Eastney C A for deepwater facilities and visitors' buoys near the Harbour entrance.

Malaprop is spot on ...
I was with Tudor Club for some years and had swinging drying mooring just N of Kendalls.
Best bit about Kendalls - was the manager there would sell on lengths of swapped out chain as ground chain (the dredgers have to change chains at specific intervals, it's still in good condition and made excellent ground chain). But that was a while ago - probably stopped now !
