A bit blackened and pitted, but Hamble Propellers have refurbed them thankfully! Good job I caught it fairly quickly.

wow - narrow escape there - how long do your anodes usually last? might be worth considering a galvanic isolator too as there is a lot of electricity in the water where you moor.

If they are blackened and pitted then they are starting to be attacked , when it Is polished see if it is "pink" and if it rings when you hit it with a bit of wood the same as the other one.

How are you bonding it?

I use shaft brushes and shaft anodes, A la belt n braces approach and check the bonding of all underwater metal each year with a multimetre.

It is far better that the anode can actually "see" the item it is protecting, even better is direct contact, for props the MG Duff prop nut anodes are brilliant.
