Just watched an episode of Saving Lives At Sea, really nice yacht out racing with an experienced crew had to call the lifeboat because they had water inside up to the salon table. They were on a tack and one of those little forward side windows popped out and before they could say put the kettle on they were in big trouble.
Not a fan of windows in the hull, I know clever people say they can't pop out and they are stronger than the hull but I don't like them.

Great opportunity for some skating on glossy floor. Ours is bad enough if I swim and then go below deck. I suppose my feet would be dry after walking 50' from bathing platform on hot teak. So not a big problem having a gloss carbon fibre floor.

To be fair - it probably is; at least for the owner. I’m pretty sure they’ll have a pro chap to deal with all the mundane stuff like cleaning and maintenance
