Tut tut

Now Dean, I think it's about time you confessed an involvement with MDL. Or perhaps you have hacked into the company system? One or the other would seem to explain your IP address.

We've always been pleased to have MDL staffers on here but this looks a little bit like back door advertising to me...

bqack to the old ways for MDL

Tut tut, someone in difficulties and what does the new MDL say? "It's your own fault, loads of others can manage it" Now, in John Watson's day there's have been no sly "adverts" for a start, and a bit more positive response to anyone with a problem or complaint. See?

Re: I nearly used your name...

Yup, got canonised Kim. Crown hurts a bit. They now call me Saint John (at least to my face, behind my back who knows...)
Listen up readers, I have no axe to grind in favour of MDL as I am in parts well foreign. Let me tell you though, I get loads of emails from former critics of MDL telling me how well the company understands customer service.
The MDL folk, who are in play now, are excellent people and I am delighted they get the recognition they deserve.
Best wishes,
John
