I was looking for some advice
I have a JLO Rockwell 3.5cc outboard
I don’t have the spark plug
Does anyone know what spark plug is used

I guess you mean 3.5 hp! That sounds like one of the later blue and white Seabee motors. I don't think you'd go far wrong with a NGK B6 HS
