The sheet track on my Corribee is made by Main - seem to remember that they no longer exist, so I can't get a replacement car.
If I buy a replacement track and fittings, eg Barton 25mm aluminium, what's the chance of putting a bend in it to match the curvature of the side deck, like the existing Main track?
Or is there a better way?

I'm in the same boat, as it were. Just removed my main jib tracks and toe rail. Track seemed to spring back straight again, I put it back on using g-clapms to bend it back into shape which worked ok. Not so sure if same method would work with ally track, and your radius may be smaler than mine. STR that one of the track manufacturers will prebend the track for you if you tell them the radius, can't remember who though, Harkin maybe?
WOuld be interested in how you get on as I have same project on the never ending jobs list.

Thanks. You're right about Harken prebending to order, having just spent a long time looking through their website, but their prices are far too high for me.

The cars are quite loose on the track (they're just pressed stainless and the Tufnol track is a sort of T section- I think the track has worn). Also some nice person has removed the locking screws, so they have to be replaced.
Apart from buying new, other options might be boat jumbles or making my own I suppose.

Been there, done that.

I had to fit a pair of 32mm Barton tracks to match the curve on the deck of my boat.

Start with the first two fixings at the fwd end of both tracks. Then pull the aft end together using ropes till you can get the next pair of fastenings in.
Work your way along the tracks fastenings to fastenings.

It is quite amazing how much the track will curve.

If you work steadily it will bend quite easily especially with the 25 mm track.

I certainly could not justify the costs in getting the tracks pre-bent.
