Upon lift out in two weeks I intend to remove my Gori prop and fit the fixed prop. I have the prop, but not the fixing nut and I am not sure what is needed.

It’s a 30mm shaft. Will I need a cone shaft nut with zinc anode and tab washer or a slotted navel brass nut and split pin? I suspect the former, but confirmation would be appreciated. And what torque?

That is what is fitted as standard but no reason why you can't fit a plain nut and locking washer then a shaft anode instead of the cone anode.
