Is this normal? Advice please

Deleted User thank you for your continuing advice. We have only had it on the market about nine days.
Tranona, the reason we are asking only this pice is to hopefully catch someone,s attention as to what a good buy it is!

My first reaction was "whats wrong with it"!

Not that I am in a position to pay £200k for a boat, but I am not sure +/- 10% will put people of comsidering it. I would have though £215k was much more reasonable - after all you can always come down when negotiating but never go up. I would have thought the key thing was maximum exposure rather than a cut price offer.

Yes Tranona, take your point - but perhaps it's a question of don't look a gift horse etc.
It's a fab boat and there isn't a catch!

We have spent £500 on advert in ybw and have it on three other sites but we think if we don't get an early response we may do what you say and put the price up!

Yes, I hear what you say and your figures make sense. Our boat is nearly new and I have studied the internet to find similar boats advertised and I have put an asking price well below that of similar boats so I hope to get some response privately .
