If the engines are salvageable then they and the transmissions are about the only items with any value. If I'm not wrong they need specialist tools to work on them that probably only Caterpillar technicians will posses so possibly only a main dealer route to rebuild. That would cost a small fortune and render this project beyond repair.
Can't see how this could ever be viable unless all the mechanicals are sound. Even then it's borderline.
That transom damage looks worse than it probably is and the foredeck is probably a straightforward repair but the internal fit out is where the time and money would need to be spent.
When you consider the cheapest one for sale on Yachtworld is £282k and probably bought for £240k'ish then this wreck is probably almost worthless. I pity the person who has taken this on as they have cocked up in my books.
