Well not doing thread drift , if all the stories are true of EU counties don’t know how to police their borders the same , it shows we are right to be independent.

Leeds Bradford for her sins, her passport has not been stamped and protocols that are in place have been followed by the letter. I'm all ears for your experience.
And the U.K. Borders are absolutely top notch, and that's world beating and that's better than theirs. ReallySo she’s still in the EU according to the Spanish “ system “ at that particular point in time .Never left .
Brixham bound inference the EU don’t know what they doing / police there borders stands .
You have just proved it by way of one example.Thx !
Shes in a 3 P country from the EU and the EU are oblivious.Well that’s just great border control is it not ? They have no idea where she’s been , Columbia , Goa. , etc via the U.K.
The TIE clearly states what type of residency you have, temporary or permanent, it also states which country you are from (GBR), your date of birth, address, photo and biometric fingerprints even your tax number is on it and that It is issued under Articoulo 50, it couldn't be much clearer.I guess the real problem may come if she tries to eurotunnel to France (for eg) . Does the guy in the French border control understand the Spanish TIE. He will see a passport stamped out but not back in (if he’s looking for that) However I don’t think there is a days counting system for the EU up and running yet but could be a stressful encounter.

You might want to do something about that.Ok Clancy I got back from Nice on the 16th of June looking at marinas , my passport
was stamped in Nice on the way out , so how long have I spent in the EU. Ps maybe Ursh will call me.

Or a 3p in the U.K. .All these fiddles "in/out" of the EU/UK are one thing.
But the point that some of you (UK citizens) are missing is what happens if something goes wrong.
Maybe an accident whilst you are in the EU or maybe something as simple as a being caught speeding whilst driving.
It is in your interest to make sure that your passport gets stamped in and out of the EU.
