Ipswich Lock Gates U/S

I'm getting a bit miffed about this.

We pay ABP a not-inconsiderable amount of money for all-tide access and it isn't available. Secondly they haven't seen fit even to inform their customers of the problem or when it might be resolved. Presumably their thinking is that if they don't mention it then some people won't notice as it's a quiet time of year...

I doubt they will be as shy when it comes to issuing next year's invoices in a few weeks time.

Anyone care to join me in pressing for some form of compensation?

Buggered my weekend sail weekend before last. Coming down this weekend so better be fixed.
I have been at the haven since it opened and have had no real cause for complaint until now. An email (do they have our email addresses?) would have been nice.
I will be asking for a two week refund based on not being able to leave the wet dock until free flow and more importantly, not being able to get back in again at a time that would make a trip out worthwhile.
