Dear Junk-Rig Enthusiasts,
This summer, we are hosting a Junk-rig Get-together in Greifswald (Germany – Baltic Sea, near Poland), and you are warmly invited.
We would like the event to be of a nature as informal and spur-of-the- moment as the Segelgefühl that connects us all.
The date of the gathering will be the first week-end of September, that is 04.-06.09.2015
Our sail loft is situated in the Greifswald Museum Wharf, right next to the Museums Wharf.
Our workshop will be the place to hang out, chat, and talk shop, and we can offer berths of up to 3,50m depth at the Museum Wharf.
From the harbour, it's a five minute walk to the Old Town of Greifswald.
But of course, we will want to spend most of our time on the water.
Everyone should have the chance to sail on and experience different boats.
One idea is to head across the Greifswald Bodden, and out to Gager/Rügen–Island.
Land-based travellers are invited to spend the nights at our workshop, or on board one of our boats.
We can also offer to arrange for a convenient guesthouse.
Please let us know, if you will be able to make it to Greifswald at the beginning of September – with or without your boat.
Yours,
Sebastian, Mathilda, and the http://www.tuchwerkstatt.de–Team
