Internal iPad clamp

I am upgrading all my instruments, including the radar which has an internal display. The new radar will display on an external MFD.

The existing screen hangs from a horizontal wooden bracket which I will leave in place.

I want to put an iPad running Navionics in its place as a backup to the new MFD in the cockpit.

I am looking for something like the Railblaza (picked up on a Google search) but can’t actually see if it comes with mount shown in the attached video.

Anybody have any alternative suggestions? I’m not saying the Railblaza is unsuitable, I’m just looking at options.

Try looking at the Scanstrut range which I have found to be impressively robust and well designed.

Or one of the Rokk range. I use a midi for my 8 inch Lenovo, but they do larger ones for iPads

Like NormanB I can recommend RAM amounts. My experience of iPad and PC mounts has been very positive. Many flexible options for mounting the iPad grip.
