These pics were taken on Saturday during a run out, apologies for the iphone quality. It may not be clear but there were 2 similar boats lashed to the cargo vessel together with the wind turbine blades.

Any guesses as to the location of where the pics were taken?

The ship is Med bound. Not sure, but I think one of those sq78s is heading for Menorca. The one with its undercarriage visible has fin stabilisers - they're becoming common as muck :)

What is the basis for thinking they were loaded in Antwerp? Harwich/Felixstowe is 3 miles along the river from Ipswich where Fairline launch and commission the Squadron 78s. Anything is possible, but it would seem strange to take the boats from Ipswich to Antwerp, load them there, then bring them right back to where they started! Especially on a geared ship.
