It's an unabashed floating weekend get away type cottage - can see that working on Windermere / Lake Garda / Como

11.5 ft beam looks a bit iffy on a cat. As the beam is variable to facilitate trailering I am surprised they kept the open beam so low? Not a pretty boat by any measure!

I think the beam is proportional to the length. … I can see the potential as a boat for use on lakes. I can’t quite see how the sail wouldn’t foul the cabin.

Quite ugly, no surprise that it's still for sale at £199K. It's described by the broker as a 2015 yacht, but it was actually built in 2013 or earlier as it arrived in Cowes first in 2013.
