What do you exp liveaboards do for ins ? I've spoken to various companies and virtually all don't want to know about short handed / singlehanded cover. Do you people go for just TP cover ?

GJW have always provided me with full cover while single handed in daylight hours leaving me with third party if I am sailing single-handed from dusk to dawn. I seldom do that anyway, and carry the risk when I do. I suspect that they might be prepared to offer me that cover anyway since I have been with them for a long time with no claims. There are never more than two of us aboard and I am the only one with sailing experience and qualifications, so for all practical purposes I am single-handed all the time, and that hasn't bothered GJW.
