Injector pop pressure ok?

By experience from a 2gm the feed pump can be the culprit re. (cold-)starting issues.

In this case it actually was a not very old OEM pump!

Gosh. Injector pump? Fuel pump is new, like rest of low pressure system.

Not the high-pressure pump feeding the injectors.

The error was a weak FEED pump, lifting the fuel from the tank to the high-pressure pump.

Thanks fir that. Mine is new, so hope it doesn't need replacing again. Will check though.

These guys have nozzles that seem to suit. Also they list the equivalent in other makers.

I find it really annoying the use of shims to set pop pressure ! Why don't they all stick with threaded adjustments like Perkins ? P.S. Keva Diesel in Turkey is a great source of nozzles
