Information still not updated by ITU

After all the hubbub with the International Telecommunications Union prompted by Happy1 and promises that the information would be corrected, I thought I would have a look and....no, The 'owner' is still down as the name of the person to contact in case of an emergency.
Ah well, we tried I guess.

These things don't happen overnight. There'll be a bunch of people working out how to make the 'fields' match. Then there will be a batch process of the information fed to the system, which may only happen once a week or even less often.

If you work in IT you discover more and more often how frustrated business people are with how long it takes to make what are 'simple' changes to information. The IT angle is that work flows and processes (often very necessary) slow things down.

It will get there, but it will take time.
