Hello everyone,
I have just signed up as I have just bought a rib which I am going to use for pleasure and I am also looking to charter the boat for a business idea I have.
I am looking to charter the boat with a driver for the day, afternoon, evening etc. It will be used for light fishing (bass plugging around rocky coastline), waterskiing, towing inflatables, wake boarding, scuba trips inshore and the list of possibilities goes on.
My concern is how I will go about doing this legally and which laws I need to adhere to? The boat will obviously have to meet a standard of sea worthiness also. I will need to be qualified to drive the boat also imagine?
Anyone with helpful advice please help me out if possible.
