We'll be probably be heading south to the Dodecanese from Samos next year and mulling on this, wondered where should we avoid and where should we visit ? We haven't yet decided whether to pop in to Turkey yet.

Delightful cruising area; each island a bit different, and plenty of anchorages and quaysides. A bit windy from time to time in meltemi weather, some chop, but no swell.
