Info on Sable D\'Or marina, W Morocco?

Has anyone have any recent information on, or visited, the new Sable D'Or marina at Temara, Nr Rabat on the Moroccan Atlantic coast, please?

Haven't heard anything when I sailed down the Morrocan Atlantic Coast last November, but would be curious to get more info too!

I also looked on Noonsite, but no reference there. Last report was Nov 2004 - Casablanca stilla no-go area, but a small marina at Mohammedia ten miles N. gets a very good write-up - maybe this is the same place?
