info on racing picton boat in the 70s&80s

Hi does anyone know where i can get any info on power boat racing from the 1970s and 80s specificaly pictons .I think it was some sort of cruiser class .I have a Picton Mardigrass that was apparently raced (by Dave Picton?) around that time.

I might be able to help, didn't race Pictons myself but used to offshore ski race Shakespeares in the 1960s just as Pictons came on the scene. However the best place would be with Pictons themselves.
