My friend who is not very good on a computer so not on forum has asked if i would put a post out to see if any one can shed some light on what the problem may be with his sabre. What he has is that the header tank is discharging water out of the header tank when underway. He has changed the header tank cap no change still has the same problem so that has been eliminated. He removed some of the water out of the header tank to below the 2 sensor in the header tank and when he looked after a 2 hour run the water was above the sensors and there was water in the bilge. My thoughts are that it is not head gasket blown and sending gasses in to the header tank as he would lose water and not gain some. I think it must be a pin holed heat exchanger sending sea water in to the fresh coolant but just for some info the engine is maintaining the correct running temperature. I have to tried taste the water but it taste more of anti freeze than sea water and i don't want to Poisson my self by tasting to much. Is there any simple test that can be completed to find out the source of the problem or any other info.
