hello , I would like to make a little refit on my boat and I want to try CMC Electric fin STAB.

Welcome to the asylum.
I think you would struggle to find more experience than in BartW refit thread, where he described a lot of works he made on his boat, including the retrofit of CMC stabs.
Check out this post, where you can find a sort of index of all the posts by topic - stabs included.
But in a nutshell, even if obviously he will be able to tell you more than myself, I know for a fact that he was and still is very happy with the result.
