Took the launch for a run up above Wallingford Bridge today and was totally blown away by the amount of NBs parked up there. I was told that many have been there weeks.

Above the Town Moorings on the towpath. There's a sunken cruiser up there too.

The land is Towpath and I have no idea who owns it - if anyone. Its always just been there.

Three or four maybe - at least when we passed downstream on Thursday. Two appear to be 'resident'
If you call that infestation then you should look above Abingdon - I counted twelve assorted steel craft taking up all the practical moorings between the lock and the rail bridge. One of them at least is quite hostile.
