Todays news of another Orca attack here off theGalician coast certainly puts in sharp relief the vulnerability of small lightweight yachts which fit in to my budget.Sofar the Or as don’t come into the rias unlike the delfines so sailing about aria looks ok but going out into the Atlanticto go north or south seems to be increasingly risky

There is always the echo chamber perception that the risk is significant. The reality is likely that nearly all yachts transiting or sailing the Galician coast will never encounter an Orca problem.
