Is this possible with a displacement speed boat that needs to run with tide in and out?

It is about 50NM each way. Assuming that you can cruise at 6 knots and you can average an additional about 2 knots from the tides you are still looking at running for at least 12.5 hours non-stop.
So yes, you could do it but it will be pretty hard work. If you get delayed anywhere then you will end up punching the tide and could run out of daylight.

Ouch, so a better plan would be to go to Queenborough and chill? Then go back with the tide the next day?

Yes but you need to look at the tide times carefully. You might need to go down in the afternoon and return the following morning to do it all in daylight. Remember that the tide gets about one hour later each day.

Got you, have been looking at the tide tables. So an afternoon run down, anchor, bed early (strange concept), then up early to take the morning tide back?

Yes. If you can find a period when low water is about 6 am/pm that should work. Also, you could set off a little early and push against the last of the tide for a while to give you a safety margin.
