I need to get from Igoumenitsa to Nidri on the 8th April. I have been quoted a taxi at €140 or one way car hire at €90. any other ideas? Thanks

One way car hire usually about half that.
Europecar usually does it, Avis did it for us last time. €60 Igou to Preveza.
Busses would take all day.

Try using the Avis Greek site to book a one way trip. I got one Preveza to Igo last summer for €75. There's no cheap fix though unless you can find someone to,share with you.
Edit: just noticed the dates. Middle of the Easter break, so higher prices are starting to bite. Make sure you pay in Euros to make best use of the change rate.
