What do you do when you have to have your precious engines serviced by the local agent to keep it in warranty, yet he clearly can't be ar***. I booked mine in 2 months ago and every time I phone up, it's "We're busy, we'll get around to it eventually..." Does the warranty fall away if it's not serviced to schedule? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I've had this same argument with car dealers in the past.

Somehow, you are supposed to know (via crystal ball) how busy they are so that you can schedule the service within 1 month or 1000 miles...

Sounds like you should let the dealer know what the status is, and see if they have a problem with the timing. They might bring some pressure on the service agent to move you up the pile!
