Somebody once told me that particular stretch of coastline between Denia and Calpe has it's own little microclimate and it is often windy there, especially in the afternoons.
Thats interesting
We did a run over to Denia last autumn - just SWMBO and I
About 35 miles out from Denia we found ourselves bashing into some really big stuff
The forecast was nothing like as bad as it had turned out - and we had been "pootling" for some 7 hours in really flat seas - I even got a few jobs done under way.
But just approaching Denia, it hit us big time - green stuff was going over the top.
Can't think when we last had to drive inside
We got below and I realised that the windscreen covers were still on - so "er in doors" had to go "outdoors" and retrieve them so that I could see!!
And, of course, I WAS NOT POPULAR - IT WAS ALL MY FAULT
