I would like information on an MRCB 37 yacht

I would like information on an MRCB 37 yacht. Designed by Ian Anderson and seen in an old copy(1984) of Boat International. The advert was placed by MRCB Marketing at Hamble Point Marina. This yacht is likely to hale from the US, it is a power sailer similar in concept to the now popular Macgregor 26. The advert details a lifting keel giving very shallow draft, 7 berths and a 165 HP turbo diesel. I want one !
