My car insurance renewal with Zurich is due next week and they've just lost that £600.
I will NEVER Insure with Zurich

It will make little difference to a company the size of Zurich, but it make one feel better. I too will not give them any business, I'm sure that I no longer have any policies with them. Lets keep it that way.

Congratulations on the best result in the circumstances.
Unfortunately your circumstances reveal the true nature of Insurance. Prevaricate, avoid, cheat and lie and when that fails use legal obfuscation, to them its not about personal suffering its about £ notes at the end of the day. John Grisham could probable write a good novel based on your experiences.
I am sure many lawyers try to do a good job on behalf of their clients but at what cost to their own personal moral health but you can't eat morals I suppose would be the reply.
I wonder where honesty and decency comes in to all this unfortunately reading your contribution the Insurance companies and legal profession dont have these words in their copies of the English Dictionary.
Hope your recovery continues but must say I can't imagine what you must have gone through first with the injury and then trying to get fair compensation. You are obviously a fighter though and can only wish you the best and keep fighting.

Did you not know that Honesty & decency dont exist in the dictionary used by the Insurance and Banking industries!
