Hurst Marine Get Up Ladder

Rummaging through an as yet unexplored locker we came across the above. It's made of heavy duty canvas and appears to have straps to encircle the mast. It looks quite handy. Anyone with any experience?

I bought one from Hurst years ago and it took a lot of emails and cajoling to eventually get it. However, despite providing accurate measurements, it came with the mast straps about three feet too long and the ladder itself was too long, better than too short. The long straps made it difficult to secure and there was a fair amount of "swing" while ascending. I eventually got rid of it instead of getting the straps shortened. These days I could probably do with something similar as the Admiral can't winch me up the mast now.
