How to win customers and alienate them!!!

Typically i have just had a call from the marina and they are doing their utmost to resolve the issue. I suspected that they would and maybe the comment by the marina yesterday was as a result of a bad day, it can't be an easy job keeping everyone happy. So in hindsight the marina is still great and i should be a bit calmer about comments that could take place on a bad day ( i did think for many hours before posting yesterday but was still fired up last night)
 
Thinking about it, I know of two occasions when they have tweaked the pontoons a little one way of the other to accommodate boats a bit better. Maybe he actually meant you wanting the pontoon moved?

That's the way I "read" it. Probably just the way he interpreted the message from the first phone call.
Been in Chi for 15 years and they've always been keen to help.
