I have a couple of pictures from the Cherbourg cruise but don't know how to post them (I have searched but can't find any info). Can anyone give me instructions or point me to where I can get instructions?

Thanks

If you haven't got any webspace yourself, email them to another forumite who has eg Boatone and others....). Got some spare sspace myself.....
Otherwise, place them on a public domain (server) and put a link up.....

Found out the other day.
Click on " User Options", then on " Help " then on number 27 " Mark Up Tags".
Tells you how to do all sorts of interesting things.

Post the picture onto your website, then bring it up in internet explorer. Highlight the address (eg http://home.btconnect.com/Amaya/BigLes.jpg) and do a control-c to copy the link.

Paste it between {image}HERE{/image} replacing curlies brackets with squares and Robert's your close relative, like

Yes thats it. You have to use:

[image]__http://www.yourwebspace.co.uk/directory/picture.jpg__[/image]

But take out the underscores and leave no spaces. I tried for ages before I realised that you have to include the "http://" and that you must leave out the spaces. The example in the help section has a space either side of "url".

Hope this helps.
