Good evening, I purchased a digital subscription on MB&Y via magazines direct but the subscription does not appear when I log into the app. I read about registering your subscription but it does not allow me to do that since I already have a digital account.
I expected that when you already have a digital account, the subscription should appear in the app.
I already sent messages to the helpdesk but they are not very helpful and very slow.
