On board tonight snow cleared with more expected

Pin Mill road was pretty dire this morning, although traffic was able to get up/down. I was expecting that after a frost tonight it would become an ice rink as usual, however, wonder of wonders a gritter came down this afternoon. Utter amazement. So hopefully most of the slush will have melted and tomorrow it will be easy to negotiate.

Managed to get on board tonight. Had to clear a fair amount of crusty snow off the decks but more expected tonight. Have the snow shovel and broom at the ready!
Have a few bottles of Adnams, a bottle of decent plonk, a bit of food so let it snow!

Overnight, there must have been a bit more snow and then the temperature has gone to the giddy heights of +1.5C
Slippery slush on the pontoons, still icy ashore. Generally melting.
Nice and warm in the office - AGAIN!!!
