Hi
Left Shamrock Quay last year for a mud/tidal berth further up the itchen river,it's on a pontoon with elec and water its 5min more on journey time to Southampton water.
But this little boat yard and the others around it,are packed out with ribs to 38 footers, that don't mind the hasltle of the tidal restrictions.( no rags due to low bridges).
But these moorings are less than half of what the marinas are charging!!
I think a lot of people are still feeling the financial pinch, including myself.
Cheers.
