Stay at home..
Get depressed as your fiances take a nose dive and you are stuck at home
Commit suicide
You are i believe an intelligent fellow ( even though you were misguided in your voting ), what is it about "staying @ home" do you fail to understandI think I will be OK..
But there will be others who will not make it.. When we are told that we need a 2m separation.. and sailing by it's nature involves lots of fresh air and being a long way away from people.... what actual benefit is served by staying off the water?
My thoughts as wellWhen we are told that we need a 2m separation.. and sailing by it's nature involves lots of fresh air and being a long way away from people.... what actual benefit is served by staying off the water?
So as has been statedMy thoughts as well
None of those, except perhaps the loo if I go into the clubhouse which is now shut. Sail from a mooringSo as has been stated
1/ you arrive in the marina
2/ toggle the code into the gate
3/ you use the toilet bolck
4/ you go down the ramp holding the hand rail
5/ you unplug the power from the pillar
What have you now ( an intelligent chap ) spread about on your "quiet isolated " sail
So you dont have a boat or keep it in a marinaNone of those, expect perhaps the loo if I go into the clubhouse which is now shut. Sail from a mooring

I think that's a bit harsh pvb. It makes their position clear on the situation and politely re-affirms the Stay At Home message to leisure boaters.
People could maybe criticize them for not doing so?
So what you are saying is, that if the Govt had acted a couple of weeks earlier, we could all go round coughing & sneezing & touching each other & the virus would not be transmitted between us any more & we would all be safe? The current virus fiasco is primarily the result of the NHS and PHE ignoring all the warnings they've been given, and so being totally unprepared.
