Its the central column core of the Death Star, you can see a tiny X-Wing Tie Fighter heading toward the Nuclear Fusion area to let off some Photon Torpedoes.
So it is in Geostationary orbit above Belgium, so the fall out won't get too widely reported when it ploughs back into the Earth.

As Sherlock said 'it is a capital error to theorise on incorrect data'. Once I clocked the previous whereisit was going west, I cleared the c**p about it being Dutch and timber out and got the scale right, where twix Calais and Cherbourg is big enough? When you have eliminated the impossible, what is left however improbable.....
