Help with boat identification.

Hi guys, new to the forum. So please be nice

Was wondering if anyone can help with the identification of mine and my
mates boat?

I've had a look inside for an ID plate of some sorts but havent had much
luck.

I need to determine the make of the boat for insurance purposes.

I also need to try find out what the max hp rating for the boat is.

I have attached a few pics of the boat.

Overall length of the boat is 18ft and constructed from GRP. If it would help i can take some more photos and add them?

I think it is an oldenburg 17 fast fisher. What u guys think?

Don't know what the max eng size is
But I do remember seeing them at Earls Court in the early 80's with 70hp on the back.

Yes its an Oldenburg 17.

Its different from my Oldenburg . I had a cuddy , The hull looks right though .

I think you've cracked it. Identical one here with 70hp and another here with a 90hp according to the text but from the first picture you can just make out the engine is actually a Merc 70, not 90.
