Any recommendations for a good gel coat repair for a S/y damaged in a hit and run. Boat is currently in Gib but they could take it maybe 200 miles east or west.

Many thanks in anticipation,

Im in La Linea now, pontoon 7. The guy at the end has just gone through the process so he knows who is who around here.

If you want the best, go to Sheppards. Their GRP guy Jerry is as good as it gets. Silver medal goes to Pritchard Marine. If you are in Marina Bay, ask for Alan or Jim. They are very easy to find.

:encouragement:

Thanks to all - your recommendations passed to the chap concerned. Apparently he was swiped by an outgoing boat which then departed quickly. The owner of the damaged boat is a recent retiree with a Moody 36 kept up to a very high standard. Stu, could you let me know name of anything in La Linea as per your post?

Thanks again - sometimes this forum is the best thing going!

The guy has just left this morning for Algeciras to be lifted, I believe Pritchard Marine are doing it there.

Isla Verde over there is the best lift out. They are in the duty free zone so no IVA. Plus Alan and Jim have motorbikes to get there!
They came back yesterday just as we were leaving, happy as pigs in poo, the boys have done a superb job.
Said they were going to praise them on FB, will try and find it.
