I assumr you mean the sort that have a long zip and are hoisted up with a spare halliard? - if so most sailmakers will make one for you - try ringing around. Go to the boat show over the winter and you'll see all the sailmakers there, but make sure you have the luff length and max diameter of the rolled sail.
I am thinking of doing the same, I had my UV strip renewed about 4 years ago and already it's beginning to tear and will have to be replaced.
I also believe the sail will set better without a UV strip, particularly when partially rolled as you don't get the extra thickness of cloth on the foot and leech.

I think you are right about the sail setting, not only because of the UV cloth thickness but also because the stretch of the UV strip material and the sailcloth is different. This led to some leech flutter on my new genoa.

However, there is a downside. Genoa sail covers seem to be more common here in Holland than they are in UK. Their windage is far greater than that of a rolled jib and it appears to be impossible to get them really tight. Consequently, whenever the wind is over about 30 knots I see many of them flapping heavily. I feel that all this movement cannot be doing the standing rigging much good.

I think Compass do them now. I made mine- works very well. Genoa like new after 5 years. Certainly increases windage but no great problem, certainly won't flap about if correctly sized.

You may wish to have a look at the article on Page 110 of Sailing Today of May 2001 which gives a detailed description of how to make your own cover. The example gives all the info you need and gives costs for a 35 footer. Good luck!
